Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior estimators with preparing cost estimates
Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and scope doents
Request, review, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations
Maintain and update cost databases, price lists, and estimating spreadsheets
Help analyze project risks, assumptions, and exclusions
Prepare basic reports, and supporting doentation
Ensure estimates comply with company standards and project requirements
Maintain organized records of estimates and project files
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
2-3 years of experience in estimating, alumini industry
Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
Strong numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic estimating software
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Good communication and teamwork skills
