Job Description

AL SAKAN CONST EQUIP RENTAL LLC is seeking a Junior Accountant to support both finance and HR operations at the Sharjah office. The role includes handling billing and invoicing, monitoring rental durations, tracking customer payments, maintaining financial records, petty cash management, and bank reconciliations. Additionally, the position involves HR support such as maintaining employee files, assisting onboarding, payroll tracking, leave management, and responding to basic employee queries.

a. 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in construction or equipment rental
b. Knowledge of basic HR operations and payroll support
