•Support the Investment Team with day-to-day operational tasks across equities, fixed income, and structured products
•Maintain and update portfolio trackers, cash flow schedules, and internal investment records
•Prepare daily / weekly cash position and cash flow reports across multiple accounts
•Assist in updating MIS reports covering portfolio balances, asset allocation, and income tracking
•Perform reconciliations between internal records and ba statements
•Track investment income such as coupons, dividends, maturities, and redemptions
•Ensure accurate doentation and filing of trade confirmations, statements, and investment records
•Support the senior investment manager with data preparation, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis
•Maintain high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and process discipline
