Target Engineering Construction Company is seeking a motivated Junior Procurement Officer to join its team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will source heavy equipment, vehicles, spare parts, and maintenance services, obtain and evaluate supplier quotations, prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders, coordinate with internal departments, maintain procurement records, support vendor registration, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, verify supplier invoices, and ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project specifications.

a. Saudi National is mandatory.
