•Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, including pharmacies, pharmaceutical distributors, and retail chains.
Manage a portfolio of high-priority clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
•Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market growth in the pharmacy channel.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Nutripharm’s products.
•Business Development:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmacy channel to expand the customer base.
Negotiate and close new deals with key accounts, ensuring optimal terms for both Nutripharm and the client.
•Relationship Building:
Build strong partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers within pharmacy businesses.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
•Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.
•Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product launches and marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
•Training & Support:
Provide training and support to pharmacy staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to effectively promote Nutripharm’s products.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment.
