a. 3–5 years of relevant kiln operation experience.
b. Experience in sanitaryware or ceramic manufacturing is preferred.
c. Knowledge of kiln operation, firing cycles, and temperature monitoring.
d. Ability to identify firing defects and maintain production quality.
e. Basic English communication skills are required.
f. GCC experience and Arabic communication skills are advantageous where applicable.
