•Install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment.
•Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.
•Troubleshoot equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, cooking ranges, exhaust systems, and other catering equipment.
•Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
•Replace faulty electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
•Test equipment after repair to ensure safe and proper operation.
•Maintain service records and report equipment issues to management.
•Previous experience as a Kitchen Equipment Technician / Catering Equipment Technician.
•Good knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
•Knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
•UAE driving license
•Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
•Experience with gas-operated kitchen equipment is an advantage.
•Ability to use hand tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic tools.
