•Perform daily landscaping tasks including planting, trimming, pruning, and watering.
•Maintain lawns, flower beds, hedges, shrubs, and trees
•Monitor plant health and identify pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies
•Apply fertilizers, soil conditioners, and basic pest control treatments as required
•Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery (mowers, trimmers, blowers, cutters, etc.)
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of all outdoor areas, walkways, and green spaces
•Follow assigned landscaping plans, layouts, and seasonal maintenance schedules
•Install and maintain irrigation systems; check for leaks, blockages, and proper water flow
•Support landscape design activities such as soil preparation, plant placement, and bed arrangement
•Remove weeds, dead plants, and debris to keep areas tidy and healthy
•Ensure safe use of tools, adhere to PPE requirements, and follow all safety practices
•Report damaged plants, broken irrigation parts, or required materials to the supervisor
•Assist in outdoor projects such as mulching, soil leveling, and landscape enhancement
•Minimum 1–2 years of experience in landscaping, gardening, or grounds maintenance
•Knowledge of plant care, watering schedules, pruning, trimming, and basic horticulture
•Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, cutters, etc.)
•Understanding of soil types, fertilizers, and pest control basics
•Physically fit and capable of working outdoors under various weather conditions
•Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
•Good communication and teamwork skills
•Experience in irrigation system maintenance and basic troubleshooting
•Knowledge of landscape design basics, planting techniques, and seasonal plant care
•Familiarity with safety procedures and proper use of PPE
•Ability to identify common plant diseases and nutrient deficiencies
