Operate large format printing machines (e.g., HP, Epson, Canon, Roland, Mimaki, Mutoh, or similar).
Prepare print files and verify artwork before printing.
Load media such as vinyl, banner, canvas, paper, and other printing materials.
Monitor print quality, color accuracy, and alignment throughout production.
Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
Replace ink cartridges, printheads, and other consumables as needed.
Cut, trim, laminate, and finish printed materials when required.
Ensure jobs are completed according to production schedules and quality standards.
Maintain inventory of inks, media, and printing supplies.
Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Report machine issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel promptly.
High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience operating large format printers (preferred).
Knowledge of RIP software such as ONYX, Caldera, VersaWorks, or similar.
Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW is an advantage.
Understanding of different print media and color management.
Ability to troubleshoot basic printer issues.
Good attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically capable of lifting media rolls and standing for extended periods.
