- Track and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Support managers in coaching and employee development plans.
- Maintain training records and reports.
- BSc in HR Business or any related field.
- 2+ years of experience in L&D.
- Skilled in delivering and evaluating trainings.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Arab females required.
