-Develops, recommends and maintains employee development programs for individual employees. Includes identifying individual employees objectives and training needs, developing their respective programs, and monitoring employees progress or assessing additional training needs. Designs and administers the summer training program. Updates the Learning Management System with proper training records.
-Develops, recommends, coordinates, and conducts management and technical training programs. Coordinates with professional staff or subject matter specialists in developing and conducting training, developing training program policies, identifying training needs, structuring content and sequence of training, selecting relevant training methods and materials, developing out-service training, and evaluating training program results.
-Works with the HR leadership to identify career development needs across the organization. Participates in the design of career development programs to support the organization’s career development strategies. Oversees and validates the creation of business reports to support the return on career development and performance management activities.
-Oversees the activities of technical and non-technical training function. Assists in development of Workforce Development policies. Manages training needs analysis; maintains a training matrix. Works with SMEs to ensure proper training delivery.
-Provides support and administration for the technical workforce career development activities within the organization and manages the local aspects of the global development programs. Manages the local logistics of the global development programs.
Minimum Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree in Education or Human Resources Management.
-8+ years experience in Training Management / Learning & Development Field.
