As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will help individuals, families, and businesses find insurance products that meet their needs and provide peace of mind. You will actively prospect, build relationships, and close sales while growing your own book of business and income.
•Identify and contact prospective clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and lead follow-up.•Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (life, health, auto, home, commercial, etc.).•Present insurance policies to clients and close sales.•Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.•Stay up to date on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and product offerings.•Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
•Previous experience in insurance or banking sales, 2years UAE sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.•Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.•Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.•Tech-savvy and willingness to learn
