Job Description:
One of the leading Travel Management Company in Saudi Arabia hiring for a Luxury Travel Consultant to join their growing team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in luxury travel planning, strong system knowledge, and the ability to manage High Net Worth client requirements.
Responsibilities:
•Handle luxury travel bookings and tailor-made itineraries.
•Work with Amadeus GDS for air reservations and ticketing, re-issues and refunds.
•Design and book tailor made luxury leisure and VIP itineraries, including flights, hotels and transfers.
•Provide high touch service before, during and after travel, handling changes and special requests professionally.
•Work with hotel suppli systems (itrip, Hotelbeds, etc) to source and confirm the best luxury accommodation options.
•Advise clients on destinations, best travel dates, visa basics and special requests, ensuring end to end service.
•Handle booking changes, cancellations and travel disruptions professionally, maintaining a high service level.
Requirements:
•3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
•Strong hands on experience with Amadeus GDS for flights (availability, pricing, booking, ticketing, EMDs, reissues).
•Strong familiarity with hotel supplier systems and B2B travel portals.
•Strong customer service skills, with a passion for luxury travel and attention to detail.
•Good spoken and written English; Arabic and other languages an advantage
•Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism Management (preferred)
•Transferable Iqama is mandatory
