We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join our facilities management team in Al Khor, Qatar. The role involves performing preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, and other building systems. You will supervise technicians and contractors, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, conduct regular inspections, and respond promptly to maintenance requests. Additionally, you will assist in budgeting, cost control, and prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and inventory records. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic property management environment.
