Chinese Palace Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across its restaurants and retail outlets in the UAE. The role involves overseeing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, supervising maintenance staff, ensuring smooth facility operations, and supporting safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise, prior supervisory experience, and strong problem-solving skills in the F&B or hospitality sector.

a. Associate’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (preferred)
b. Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B maintenance or facilities management, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role

d. Experience with CMMS and proficiency in MS Office
