Fadel Al Sharif - Artificial Marble is hiring an experienced Marble & Artificial Marble Technician / Mason for its production and installation team in Manama, Bahrain. The selected candidate will handle fabrication, cutting, shaping, polishing, and installation of artificial marble, solid surfaces, and natural marble for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate, cut, shape, and join artificial marble, solid surfaces, and natural stone slabs.
Perform seamless jointing, edge profiling, polishing, grinding, and surface finishing.
Take accurate site measurements and verify alignment before installation.
Install kitchen countertops, vanity tops, wall claddings, flooring, and custom decorative units.
Operate and maintain C cutting and polishing equipment safely.
Minimize material waste through proper slab planning and layout.
Coordinate with supervisors, designers, and project managers.

a. Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in artificial marble / solid surface fabrication and marble installation.
b. GCC work experience is strongly preferred.
c. Strong knowledge of solid surface materials, adhesives, clamping techniques, and polishing grades.
d. Ability to read shop drawings, layout plans, and architectural sketches.
e. Strong attention to detail and precision.
f. Good communication and teamwork skills.
g. Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
