. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase clinic visibility and patient engagement.
Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and patient needs to position the clinic effectively.
2. Digital Marketing
Manage clinic’s online presence including website, SEO, Google Ads, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Plan and execute paid campaigns (SEM & SMM) targeting relevant demographics in Dubai.
Track analytics and generate monthly performance reports.
3. Offline Marketing
Coordinate print ads, flyers, banners, and outdoor campaigns.
Plan community engagement activities, health talks, and events.
4. Partnerships & Referrals
Build relationships with local businesses, gyms, schools, and residential communities to drive patient referrals.
Engage with insurance companies and third-party medical facilitators.
5. Patient Experience & Branding
Ensure consistent branding across all patient-facing materials.
Monitor and respond to patient reviews on online platforms.
Develop internal communications and materials to support patient education and retention.
6. Budget Management
Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively.
Optimize cost-per-lead and ROI across campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a UAE-based healthcare facility.
Proven success in digital marketing and campaign management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of DHA guidelines and UAE healthcare marketing ethics.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
