Key Responsibilities
Send regular WhatsApp promotions, offers, and product updates to customers.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Follow up with existing customers and reactivate inactive accounts.
Design marketing materials, advertisements, catalogues, and promotional content using Canva or similar tools.
Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging posts, reels, and marketing campaigns.
Support the sales team with quotations and customer follow-ups.
Build databases of contractors, real estate companies, consultants, and technical service companies.
Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
Prepare weekly marketing and performance reports.
Requirements
Experience in marketing, customer engagement, sales support, or a related field.
Excellent communication and WhatsApp marketing skills.
Good knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Experience in building materials, plumbing, sanitary ware, or construction industry is an advantage.
