Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, managing campaigns for property sales and leasing, and coordinating with sales teams to drive business growth in the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, property portals)
Manage lead generation, tracking, and reporting in coordination with the sales team
Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional materials (brochures, listings, videos)
Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and vendors
Coordinate property launches, exhibitions, and open-house events
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
Ensure all marketing activities align with company branding and RERA guidelines
Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports


Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or property development is a plus
Strong understanding of UAE real estate market and buyer behaviour
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
OWN VISA is mandatory
