Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a healthcare background to lead and execute marketing activities for both the clinic and pharmacy services. The role focuses on increasing patient acquisition, strengthening brand presence, and developing partnerships within the healthcare and wellness ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has previous marketing experience in a clinic, medical center, or pharmacy environment, understands healthcare regulations, and can manage both strategic planning and day-to-day marketing execution.



Key Responsibilities
1.Marketing Strategy & Growth
•Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote clinic services and pharmacy products.
•Drive patient acquisition and increase pharmacy sales through targeted campaigns.
•Identify growth opportunities in the local healthcare market.

2.Digital Marketing & Content
•Manage social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) for the clinic and pharmacy.
•Create and schedule marketing content including posts, promotions, and educational material.
•Coordinate digital campaigns including email marketing and paid advertisements.

3.Brand & Communication
•Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communication channels.
•Develop brochures, flyers, and marketing collateral for clinic services and pharmacy promotions.
•Support PR opportunities and brand visibility within the local community.

4.Partnerships & Business Development
•Build relationships with healthcare professionals, corporate partners, and wellness providers.
•Support collaborations with insurance companies, medical networks, and referral partners.
•Identify co-marketing opportunities with health and lifestyle brands.

5.Events & Promotions
•Organize health campaigns, wellness events, and promotional activities.
•Coordinate patient engagement initiatives and awareness campaigns.

6.Marketing Operations & Reporting
•Monitor marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.
•Track KPIs such as patient leads, engagement, and conversion rates.
•Manage marketing budgets and external vendors when required.



Qualifications
•5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, clinics, hospitals, or pharmacy environments.
•Experience managing digital marketing and social media platforms.
•Strong communication and content creation skills.
•Experience organizing health events, promotions, and community engagement activities.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.



Preferred Experience
•Experience working in medical clinics, pharmacies, or healthcare facilities.
•Familiarity with healthcare marketing regulations and patient communication standards.
•Experience managing agencies, designers, or marketing vendors.
