Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and passionate Massage Therapist to join our luxury wellness team at Waves Wellness & Healing Spa.
The therapist will perform a variety of therapeutic, relaxing, and healing massages designed to restore balance, relieve stress, and promote overall well-being — creating a deeply rejuvenating experience inspired by nature and tranquility.
Key Responsibilities:•Perform a wide range of massage treatments, including but not limited to:•Swedish Massage•Deep Tissue Massage•Aromatherapy Massage•Hot Stone Massage•Lymphatic Drainage Massage•Reflexology (Foot & Hand)•Thai Massage (if certified)•Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage•Prenatal Massage (optional if trained)•Assess clients’ needs and customize each session accordingly.•Apply therapeutic pressure and techniques safely and effectively.•Prepare and maintain a calm, clean, and soothing treatment room.•Ensure strict hygiene and sanitation for all linens, tools, and equipment.•Use essential oils and natural products aligned with Waves’ healing philosophy.•Create a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere for clients.•Recommend suitable follow-up treatments or wellness rituals.
Qualifications & Requirements:•Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist in a spa or wellness center.•Certified in Massage Therapy from a recognized institute.•Knowledge of various massage techniques and body anatomy.•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.•Calm, caring, and professional personality.•Strong attention to detail, hygiene, and client comfort.•English proficiency (Arabic is a plus).
