Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Material Submittal Engineer with experience in steel fabrication projects. The role focuses on preparing, reviewing, and managing all material submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and submit material submittals, datasheets, and shop drawings for steel fabrication projects.
Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure timely submission of required doents.
Verify materials against project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
Maintain a comprehensive database of all submittals, approvals, and revisions.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors for approvals, clarifications, and comments.
Track and monitor approval timelines to ensure project schedules are maintained.
Support and project teams in material compliance, inspection, and doentation.
Assist in procurement by providing technical evaluation of proposed materials.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanic Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in material submittals for steel fabrication or structural steel projects.
Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, materials, and UAE construction standards.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and doent management software.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred:
UAE experience in steel fabrication or structural steel projects.
Familiarity with procedures, procurement, and project doentation processes.

Salary-5,500-8000AED.
