Job Title: Mechanical Draftsman

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Draftsman with 4–6 years of UAE experience, well-versed in building mechanical services. The candidate should be capable of preparing accurate shop drawings and coordination drawings, clearly understanding project requirements from engineers, and working efficiently in a fast-paced consultancy or contracting environment.

Key Responsibilities
•Prepare detailed mechanical drawings and layouts as per the local codes and project requirement for:
HVAC systems (Chilled Water, VRF, DX, FAHU, AHU, ventilation)
Smoke management systems
Fire fighting systems
LPG systems
Domestic water supply and drainage systems
•Develop CAD and Revit models in line with detailed design and authority requirements.
