Key Responsibilities
System Design & Calculation: Perform heati load calculations, size chillers, pumps, expansion tanks, and pipework for chilled water distribution.
Drawings & Specifications: Develop and review HVAC shop drawings, layout schematics, and BOM (Bill of Quantities) using AutoC.
Installation & Site Supervision: Supervise installation of air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), and piping, ensuring compliance with approved designs and codes.
Testing & Commissioning: Oversee Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) of chilled water systems to ensure optimal efficiency and performance.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve operational issues with chillers, cooling towers, and pumping systems.
Energy Management: Implement energy-saving strategies for central plants and HVAC systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
