•Drafting & Design: Prepare detailed shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and other services.
•Software Proficiency: Utilize CAD (AutoCAD) to produce drawings, layouts, and schematics.
•Coordination: Work with architects, structural engineers, and site teams to integrate designs, resolve clashes, and incorporate feedback.
•Compliance & Standards: Ensure all drawings meet project specifications, industry standards, and local authority regulations (e.g., UAE codes).
•Doentation: Maintain drawing logs, revision histories, and project files.
•Site Support: Conduct site visits to gather data, verify measurements, and understand installation challenges.
•Quantity Take-Off (QTO): Assist in estimating project costs by extracting quantities from drawings.
