We are looking for a qualified and experienced MEP Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MEP works related to interior fit-out projects and must be capable of handling coordination, execution, and authority approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) on site.
Review and verify MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Coordinate with civil team, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DEWA, and other authority regulations.
Prepare material submittals, method statements, and technical doentation.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
Manage variations, cost control, and project doentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in MEP works (fit-out experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of DEWA and Civil Defense requirements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Revit knowledge is an advantage).
Good coordination and communication skills.
UAE Driving License preferred.
