Hydrotek Engineering Company is seeking an experienced MEP Estimation Manager to lead cost estimation for large-scale MEP & ELV projects in Kuwait and the region.
The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates, reviewing drawings and tender doents, and coordinating with procurement and project teams.
The candidate will manage BOQs, value engineering proposals, supplier benchmarking, and strategic pricing decisions.
Mentoring junior estimators and maintaining estimation databases are also key responsibilities.
