The MEP Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and successful completion of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on construction projects. The role involves managing project teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and client relationships while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project requirements.
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Or Related Discipline)
•2 – 4 years professional experience in interior fitout works (UAE), with a focus on project management
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
•Familiarity with local authority regulations and approval processes.
•Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP design tools (e.g., Revit, etc.)
•Excellent organizational and communication skills.
•UAE driving license is mandatory.
