Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee and supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality work, coordinating with technicians and engineers, and completing assigned tasks according to project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily MEP installation, maintenance, and repair works.
Coordinate with MEP technicians, engineers, and other site teams.
Monitor work progress and ensure completion as per schedule.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Check materials, tools, and equipment required for MEP works.
Prepare work updates and maintain site records.
Identify and resolve site-related MEP issues.
Ensure all works are carried out according to project specifications.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor.
Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Experience in building construction, villas, or commercial projects preferred.
Ability to manage workers and coordinate site activities.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Benefits:
Salary: AED 3,500/month
