Training Program:
-Duration: 6-18 months, depending on individual eligibility and progress
- Content: Product knowledge, merchandising techniques, sales strategies, and customer service skills
- Objective: Equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel as a Merchandiser
For Experienced Candidates:
- Direct Posting: Experienced candidates will be considered for direct posting without undergoing the full training program
- Role:You'll be expected to leverage your existing experience to drive sales, manage product displays, and engage with customers
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Merchandising:Ensure products are properly displayed, faced, and stocked according to company standards and planograms.
2. In-store Promotions: Execute in-store promotions, demonstrations, and events to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
3. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, report stockouts, and ensure timely replenishment.
4. Customer Engagement:Engage with customers, respond to queries, and provide product information.
