a. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
b. 3-5 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation or Project Management

e. Proficiency in M&E tools and statistical software such as Excel, Power BI, and AI tools
f. Accuracy, strong organizational skills, and commitment to deadlines
