Troubleshooting: The ability to identify the root cause of a mechanical or structural issue quickly.
Tool Proficiency: Expert use of hand and power tools (drills, multimeters, pipe wrenches, etc.).
Physical Stamina: Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights (on ladders), and in various weather conditions.
