Emergency Response: Acting as the first responder for facility emergencies such as pipe bursts, power outages, or fire alarm activations.
Technical Versatility: Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in at least three trades (e.g., Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC).
Troubleshooting: The ability to identify the root cause of a mechanical or structural issue quickly.
Tool Proficiency: Expert use of hand and power tools (drills, multimeters, pipe wrenches, etc.).
Physical Stamina: Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights (on ladders), and in various weather conditions.
