If you have experience in the Prefabricated Buildings & Modular Construction industry, we want to hear from you.
1. TENDER & ESTIMATION DEPARTMENT:
- Role: Senior Quotation Specialist / Client Coordinator
- Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Technical Estimation & Costing (UAE Prefab sector).
- Focus: Managing tender doents, high-accuracy quotations, and client onboarding.
2. PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT:
- Role: Mechanical Engineer (Production)
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Proven background in Industrial Manufacturing, specifically Porta Cabin or Modular Building production.
- Focus: Structural steel fabrication, assembly line oversight, and manufacturing efficiency.
3. DESIGN & DRAFTING DEPARTMENT:
- Role: Architectural Drafter / Designer (Female candidates preferred)
- Education: Degr in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Experience: Extensive experience creating Shop Drawings and Structural Plans for prefab units.
- Candidate Requirements:
Proven Track Record: Candidates must have direct experience in the UAE constructi industry.
- Focus: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D Modeling.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Industry Experience: Must have a direct background in the UAE constructi industry.
Location: Must be currently residing in the UAE.
Availability: Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
