We are looking for Network Security Managers to join one of our key clients in Qatar. This is a high-visibility position requiring a blend of deep technical security expertise and strong client-facing communication skills.
You will design, deploy, and manage enterprise security infrastructure while also serving as the primary technical point of contact for government stakeholders. If you thrive in hybrid technical and managerial roles, this is for you.
Role Description
Position: Network Security Manager
Mid - Level Position
Location: Qatar
Experience Required: 7–8 years
Technical
· Design, deploy, and manage enterprise firewall policies, VPN, I, and network access controls across multiple client environments
· Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents using SIEM platforms (Assure Cloud or equivalent)
· Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and security audits
· Manage cloud security posture across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
· Implement zero-trust architecture, network segmentation, and endpoint security policies
· Ensure uptime, patching, and lifecycle management of all security infrastructure
· Maintain doentation of network topology, configurations, and incident logs
Communication & Client Management
· Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned government clients
· Present security reports, incident summaries, and risk assessments to client stakeholders
· Coordinate with internal teams and client IT departments for change management and escalations
· Conduct periodic service review meetings with clients, translating technical findings into business language
· Manage SLA commitments and ensure timely resolution and communication on all open tickets
· Build trusted relationships with government client teams ensuring long-term satisfaction
