Job Summary
We are looking for a System Administrator with 2–4 years of experience to manage servers, virtual machines, and support basic network and security operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, creating and managing VMs, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in firewall and network management.
System Administration
•Install and maintain Windo servers.
•Create, configure, and manage Virtual Machines (VMs).
•Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user accounts.
•Perform regular system updates and patching.
•Monitor server and VM performance.
•Manage backups and basic disaster recovery tasks.
•Provide end-user technical support when required.
Virtualization
•Hands-on experience with VMware / Hyper-V or similar virtualization tools.
•Deploy and manage virtual servers and templates.
•Monitor VM resource utilization (CPU, RAM, Storage).
•Basic understanding of VM networking and storage concepts.
Network Support
•Support L connectivity and basic troubleshooting.
•Configure and manage VLANs and IP addressing.
•Assist in VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
•Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
Firewall & Security
•Assist in managing FortiGate firewall policies and NAT rules.
•Support VPN (IPs.
•Monitor security logs and report unusual activity.
•Follow network security best practices.
Required Skills
•2–4 years of experience in System Administration.
•Experience in creating and managing Virtual Machines.
•Good understanding of Windows Server and basic Linux.
•Basic networking knowledge (T, DNS, DHCP, VLAN).
•Exposure to FortiGate firewall is preferred.
•Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
•Working knowledge of AWS services like VPC, EC2, S3, and secure connectivity using IPsec and SSL VPN.
Additional Knowledge – Switching & Trading Network
•Basic understanding of Cisco Nexus / Catalyst switching concepts.
•Knowledge of VLAN configuration, trunking, STP, port-channel, and basic routing.
•Understanding of low-latency network concepts used in trading environments.
•Exposure to exchange connectivity (N an added advantage.
•Familiarity with network monitoring and latency troubleshooting.
