We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Nursing Assistant will work under the supervision of registered nurses and medical staff to provide direct patient care, support daily activities, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration).
Provide basic patient care, including hygiene and comfort measures.
Support nurses and doctors during examinations and treatments.
Maintain cleanliness and order in patient rooms and work areas.
Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to supervising staff.
Ensure patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.

Requirements:
