Key Responsibilities:
•Understand and promote Dubai’s latest off-plan developments from top-tier developers.
•Build and manage your own client base through networking, referrals, and warm calling.
•Conduct meetings and qualify clients to identify their property needs.
•Present investment opportunities and provide professional guidance throughout the buying process.
•Handle and follow up on leads and inquiries from potential buyers.
•Maintain deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, trends, and pricing.
