Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Off-Plan Specialist located in Dubai. The Off-Plan Specialist will be responsible for presenting and selling off-plan properties to clients, conducting market research, liaising with developers, and guiding clients through the entire buying process. The role also involves preparing and delivering sales presentations, maintaining an updated knowledge of the real estate market, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
0–1 year in real estate or sales (freshers welcome)
Strong market research and analytical skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and provide exceptional customer service
Proficiency in English, with knowledge of other languages as an advantage
UAE market experience and a valid UAE driver's license are preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is desirable
