Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator based in Dubai. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and managing office operations, organizing and maintaining files, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office equipment. Additional duties include providing excellent customer service and serving as a key communication point within the organization.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
Experience with operating and maintaining Office Equipment
Strong Communication skills and the ability to effectively liaise with team members
Customer Service skills with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite) is preferred
