Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office administration and clerical tasks
- Coordinate with tenants, building management, and clients
- Manage property listings for both rentals and sales
- Draft tenancy contracts for new leases and renewals
- Prepare and maintain sales contracts and related doents
- Support leasing and sales teams with doentation and client follow-ups
- Maintain organized filing and records
- Schedule appointments, respond to inquiries, and manage office supplies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with tenancy and sales contracts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate platforms
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
