Proven Experience as office assistant and other relevant administrative role
Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
Perform receptionist duties when needed
\Must be based in Dubai and has experience at least not less than 3 years in Construction Industry or Design Field.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well under limited supervision
Thorough understanding of office management skills
Excellent knowledge of Outlook and Excel
Having good communication skills (verbal & written)
