Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and doent management
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with correspondence
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Schedule appointments and assist with meeting arrangements
Support HR, finance, and management teams as required
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and office doentation
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and professional
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
