We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and clerical operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth office functioning by handling doentation, communication, and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative and clerical duties
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Prepare and maintain files, records, and doents
Assist in data entry and report preparation
Coordinate meetings and appointments
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
Support other departments as required
Requirements:
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous office or administrative experience is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication skills in English
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional attitude and attention to detail
