We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be able to handle basic office tasks efficiently and maintain a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily office administrative tasks
Manage filing, scanning, and doent organization
Assist in preparing invoices, reports, and emails
Coordinate with staff and management for office activities
Handle phone calls and respond to emails
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
Assist in basic accounting or data entry work if required
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Good communication skills (English; Hin is a plus)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
