Job Description

Clearmind Consultancy Services W.L.L., a fast-growing business consultancy firm in Bahrain, is looking for a professional and motivated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth office operations. Key responsibilities include handling phone calls, greeting clients, managing appointments, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support to the team.

We are looking for someone who is presentable, well-spoken, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic office environment. Candidates must be on a Dependent Visa or LMRA Flexi Visa to apply.

Salary: 200 BHD per month

Candidate Requirements

Dependent Visa or LMRA Flexi Visa (mandatory)

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
