Ma, 25-35 years old
EDUCATI REQUIRED:
At least 2 years of serving experience as an Office Assistant
Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
Working knowledge of office equipment
Thorough understanding of office management procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
UAE driving license is an advantage
JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform general office cleaning as needed;
Transport documents and reports from 1 office to another as needed
Perform basic admin interaction with clients – so must have good comm skills
