Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain cleanliness of office premises, pantry, and common areas
2. Prepare & Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
3. Assist in filing, photocopying, and basic office tasks
4. Handle office errands such as doent delivery and collection
5. Monitor and replenish office supplies
6. Support staff with day-to-day activities as required
7. Greet visitors and inform concerned staff of their arrival.
8. Maintain meeting room before and after meetings
9. Handle minor maintenance tasks
10. Prepare the office for the next working day
Requirements & Skills:
1. Basic understanding of office procedures
2. Good attitude and willingness to work
3. Ability to follow instructions and multitask
4. Good time management and organization skills
5. Physically fit to perform daily office tasks.
6. Previous experience in a similar role
