Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Office Coordinator to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across the organization.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
* Handle correspondence, calls, and office communication
* Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
* Manage office supplies, vendors, and inventory
* Maintain records, filing systems, and doentation
* Support HR and finance teams with basic admin tasks
* Assist with onboarding and internal coordination
Requirements
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Good communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Previous adm support experience preferred
