Key Responsibilities:
Manage the office, including workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.
Handle filing, organizing, and maintaining office doents (both physical and digital).
Create, update, and manage files using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Prepare simple Excel sheets for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
Collect and distribute doents, couriers, and parcels within the office.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing for conferences.
Run office errands such as bank work, post office, or purchasing supplies.
Ensure the pantry is stocked and organized.
Provide administrative support to staff when required.
