Job Title: Operations Manager – Café
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 5,000/month
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the overall café operations and ensure smooth daily functioning. The candidate will act as a key link between the management, suppliers, and the café team.
Reporting To: Managing Director (MD)
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily café operations and coordinate all requirements.
- Handle supplier coordination, ordering, and follow-ups.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and operational needs.
- Coordinate bakery and café item requirements.
- Maintain Excel reports and update systems.
- Manage calls, follow-ups, and overall operational activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in café/hospitality operations.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic systems.
- Ability to multitask and independently manage operations.
